So excited to be telling you about Australian Sparkling Red Wine today. You serve it chilled and it truly makes the best start to a late Summer eveing ☀️🍷.

We tried the sparkling Shiraz for the first time last weekend with Ninette & Rob - co-founders of ScutellaWines.ch.

I loved the purple foam- swipe to see… plus the delicious fruity taste of the bottle of “eight at the gate” which we drank together with mini homemade vegan burgers (recipe up today on FunkyForty.com).
