Bohème Lisboa

We all have that special jewelry piece. Maybe you carry it every day around your neck or wrist. Your lucky charm. Bohème Jewelry is the perfect place in Lisbon to find that meaningful piece – either you want to gift yourself or receive the “friend of the month” award.

Located in the heart of Avenida da Liberdade, it´s a little monochromatic store with a huge variety of trendy and quality jewelry. The owner is super nice and gives the most honest advice on what looks good on you and plenty of cool ideas to style your pieces.

One of the reasons why I loved this little store so much was because of the variety of styles. Not only modern minimal pieces but also typical Portuguese jewelry. If you´re Portuguese I´m sure you´re familiar with Filigrana. If you´re not, let me introduce you to one of the prettiest techniques Portuguese jewelry has (you can see it right above this text).

As you might have already seen on my Instagram, I styled a few of my favorite pieces and I thought I´d only wear them during the summer but after a little Pinterest research (like 3 hours because you know how these things work… you start with layering jewelry and you end up choosing the color scheme for your bedroom) I can´t wait to layer my delicate necklaces with cool knitwear. Plus, it was impossible to wear neck scarves and bandanas with necklaces during summertime – which is something that I love to do.

The last two pieces were the ones I kept. I think I might have used the Turkish eye the entire summer, sometimes layered with the crescent moon sometimes all by itself. As for the crescent moon, it was one of the most wanted summer necklaces and this one and its pretty details just had to be mine 🙂

Don´t forget to check Bohème Lisboa Instagram page and in case you decide to pay a visit to Lisbon, don´t forget to stop by!
