Alexander Wang x H&M

I’ve never really talked about the sporting trend (only mentioned it while commenting Paris Fashion Week). We’ve seen great outfits coming from this trend, but I think the best is yet to come (judging by the spring summer 2015 collections and the streetstyle during the fashion weeks).
Alexander Wang gives us probably the most bold looks, when it comes to that trend. Would you wear it? And if so, how?

Paris Fashion Week – the first designers

Paris is always Paris. And Paris fashion week will always be my favorite. The first collection I want to show you is Balenciaga Spring Summer 2015 Ready to Wear. It reminded me of how I like both pastel colors and a good total black outfit with some transparencies.

The second collection that got my attention was Guy Laroche, Spring Summer 2015 Ready to Wear. It is a versatile collection, with the best of what we’ll have 2015′ Spring Summer – the overalls (I really intend to leave them when I reach my 30s, though I have the secret wish that they begin to look more and more sophisticated and wearable at work); the A-line dresses with that 60’s touch -yet modernized; high waisted shorts and skirts; light dresses with boho chic padrons.

The third favorite was Sonia Rykiel Spring Summer 2015, Ready to Wear. It is all about mixing the sporting look with some chic details or just keep it cool and casual. One thing I like about this sporting trend is the way you can mix comfort with chic, look great and actually feel comfortable. Who knew that pairing a mini skirt with a large sweater and heels would look that good?

Milan Fashion Week – Street Style

Though I’m not done with the designers (I’m still getting used to the new college schedule so I’ve Been a bit distant) I needed to share with you the amazing street style. These people remind me of small walking masterpieces! So far, I think NYFW had the very best of street style. But oh well, ‘we’ll always have Paris’! 🙂

Hairstyles – do I dare to cut?

The big question – do I cut it or not? I’ve only had this kind of hairstyle once (and I was 4, so I don’t think I had a vote back then…). I’m one of those girls who really loves long hair, and I’m a natural dark blonde with THOUSANDS of curls. It kills me to take care of my hair everyday, and lately I look at myself in the mirror and feel like a change would be great.

A few weeks ago, I came through an article on VOGUE.pt  about BOB – the mythical Carrie Bradshaw hairstyle – it is the return of a long lost trend, and has been spotted on Beyoncé Knowles, Emma Stone, Clemence Poesy. The difference between Carrie´s BOB and the types of BOB? It is more assimetrical, wavy, and yet, classy than ever!

I never thought to do something like that with my hair, but after going through some pictures, I think I´m convinced to go for a mid-length bob! What do you think about this hairstyle?

On my last post about the designers, there were a few missing – BOSS, Calvin Klein,
And, of course, none of this posts about fashion week and spring summer 15 trends would be complete. Once again, I only reunited my favorite looks.
